The Central Ontario Industrial Relations Institute has provided the most reliable compensation surveys to Ontario employers for over 65 years. Employers across the province have been participating in our Employee Benefits and Compensation questionnaires since 1943. Participation will provide your organization with the opportunity to be involved in, and benefit from, this important service to the Ontario ‘employer community’.

Participants Discount
In appreciation of your contribution, participants receive a substantial discount off the purchase price of the books. The 2009/10 books will retail at $525.00 each or both for $850.00. Participants will receive the books for $350.00 each or both for $650.00. This is the largest discount we have ever offered.

Participation is easy. Simply click below and you will be led to a secure site to complete the questionnaire. If you wish to do the questionnaires in stages, you can save your work and you will be provided with a unique password to access your file at a later date. Once an organization has participated, their data is stored. If they participate again the following year, they can access a pre-completed questionnaire, which makes the process nearly effortless.
